Overview
What it is.
A non-stabilized remote head pans and tilts the camera by remote, without active stabilization. We carry the Talon, the Talon Cinema, the Stanton Triangle, and the Stanton Mini, in compact and full sizes. They ride on towers and arms, and lock off in spots where there's no room for an operator. Every head goes out with the required technicians.

Use cases
Where these go
Tight positions
Mini heads get a moving camera into spots too small for an operator or a stabilized head.
Locked-off rigs
Hold a clean pan-tilt from a fixed position on a tower, an arm, or the set.
Full-size coverage
The Talon carries larger camera and lens packages for full-size remote coverage.
FAQ
Common questions.
What is a non-stabilized remote head?
A non-stabilized remote head pans and tilts the camera under remote control, without active stabilization. It works best in locked-off positions and tight spots.
Which non-stabilized heads do you rent?
The Talon, the Talon Cinema, the Stanton Triangle, and the Stanton Mini, in compact and full-size options.
When would I use a non-stabilized head instead of a stabilized one?
When 3-axis stabilization isn't necessary but you still want remote control and broadcast capabilities. Our 2-axis non-stabilized heads get the job done.
